Oscar is an Elven villager. He can often be found cleaning the streets of the village.
Personality
Oscar is shown to be obsessed with cleaning, always carrying around a broom and sweeping Staxel's streets. He is unhappy with how Maximilian runs Staxel, and, with the players help, begins a campaign to take over mayorship.
He is often referred to as 'getting too old' by other characters.
